Our Mission at Fitness Explosion By Dulce is to spread my passion for fitness by teaching the women in our community the fundamentals of health with fun, unique workouts, welcoming all levels of fitness (beginners, intermediate, and advanced.)
Each day I impact the lives of the women in our community through teaching them how to exercise, we teach them how to get to the next fitness level one workout at a time, one week at a time, one month at a time, one year at a time… I witness the women in our bootcamp become stronger and healthier version of themselves in only a few weeks of training.
